How Your Data is Protected
We take the security of your data very seriously. LaunchTrack takes extra care to ensure that the data we collect is done so in a responsible and secure manner.
SSL Encryption
LaunchTrack uses SSL encryption on all pages which receive information from either the event organizer who creates an event on the LaunchTrack platform, or an event registrant. When personal information is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
PCI Compliance
We maintain full PCI compliance throughout the process of collecting and processing credit card payments on the LaunchTrack Platform. All payment processing is handled directly through Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified payment processor — the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Data Security Practices
We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. While no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we continuously work to maintain robust security controls including:
- Encrypted data transmission via SSL/TLS on all pages
- PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe
- Secure data storage with trusted third-party hosting providers
- Access controls to limit who can access your data
